Guidepost 1: Professionals do not work for free.  When you get your taxes done every year, does your accountant say, “No charge?” When you go to your hairstylist, does he or she say, “No problem, it’s free?” When you go to your doctor, the office staff doesn’t say, “Hey, it’s your lucky day, your total is 0?” You get my point.  You don’t expect free stuff when you enlist professional services. So, why do personal trainers do stuff for free? You’re a professional and you need to be compensated as one.
