With our recent and continued involvement in Iraq, there has been a great deal of discussion concerning collateral damage. Collateral damage is clearly regrettable loss of life. But what does this have to do with exercise? Collateral damage is also inflicted in vascular tissue as a direct result of resistance training. Is this vascular damage a good or bad thing?

Dominate Other Personal Trainers

The formula is proven. The only thing that can’t be provided by someone like me is the desire and guts to take this knowledge and apply it.

Triming that Waistline
Before I continue, allow me to point out the difference between uncovering the abdominals and conditioning the abdominals. Uncovering involves fat loss in the midsection, while conditioning involves training the midsection. These are two entirely different things. If you are an experienced resistance trainee this had better not come as a big surprise. Never train abdominals with the intention of losing fat around the waist.
