Greetings Fellow Fitness Professional,

Before I continue, please allow me to introduce my wife, Teresa. Together we share a few common interests that take us out-of-doors in good weather. While we very much enjoy the winter holidays, we don't particularly care for the winter weather that accompanies them. Spring is here and is closely followed by summer which is our favorite season of the year! We try to get away at least once a year for a week or two in the summer just to get away from it all and recharge our batteries!

As a fitness trainer, you too need to set some time aside for yourself. I've seen too many personal trainers get burnt out working straight through the most enjoyable times of the year without taking time out for themselves. Let's face it, trainers are people too! Great "outside weather" is good for business as a personal fitness trainer but not at the expense of making social sacrifices that take their toll on your attitude. There’s nothing like taking a break once and a while to keep you fresh and invigorated!

In any event, Teresa and I hope you have a great month of March, and give some thought to my suggestion!

Regards
